In addition to writing and training, I am a local preacher committed to following Christ by practicing New Testament Christianity. My wife Lisa and I make our home in Lebanon, Tennessee, and I preach for the Old Hickory Church of Christ in nearby Nashville. If I can be of help to you, please drop me a line or drop by for a cup of coffee. It would be a pleasure to meet you. You’ll find my contact information on the header at the top of this page.

The Barnabas Factor: Realize Your Encouragement Potential was distributed to over 500 employees at Chick-fil-A’s corporate staff summit. Lance Lanier, Staff Selection Senior Manager for Chick-fil-A Inc. wrote, "Aubrey Johnson’s book, The Barnabas Factor, is the best book I’ve read on the subject of encouragement and how to make it a part of one’s life. Here at Chick-fil-A, we decided to have Aubrey open our all-employee Staff Summit with a talk taken from The Barnabas Factor. Aubrey received very high marks from the Chick-fil-A staff for really laying the foundation for a fantastic day. His focus, energy, and connection to the crowd kept the audience engaged and full of anticipation. We distributed a copy of the book to each of the 600 attendees at the end of the day for further study and reflection. Aubrey really delivered for us on a very important day that is held only every eighteen months, and we are very grateful for his participation."
